From the East using Route 80:
- Take Route 80 West to Exit 30 (Mt. Arlington/Howard Blvd Exit).
- Go to the bottom of the ramp and make a LEFT.
- Proceed to the next light and make a LEFT onto Route 46 East.
- Proceed to the next light and make a RIGHT onto N. Hillside Ave.
- Go to the 2nd light (R10 intersection) and make a LEFT onto Route 10 East
- Proceed to the next light and make a RIGHT onto Eyland Ave.
- Proceed for 1/2 mi to the Horse Shoe Lake Recreation Center on LEFT.
- Enter the center and proceed to the parking lots to the RIGHT.
-- By the baseball field and past the recycling center.
- Note: Some games are on the far fields, 3A or 3B (Righter Rd. side)
-- To park by 3A or 3B, do not enter Horse Shoe Lake facility
-- Continue straight on Eyland to the light and turn LEFT onto Righter Road
-- Proceed to the parking lot to your LEFT
From the West Using Route 80:
- Take Route 80 East to Exit 28 (Rt. 10, Ledgewood exit)
- This exit will put you on Route 46 East.
- Follow R46E to R10E (the old R46/R10 circle in under construction)
- You must stay to your RIGHT to get onto Route 10 East.
- Go to the 3rd light and make a RIGHT onto Eyland Avenue.
- Proceed for 1/2 mi to the Horse Shoe Lake Recreation Center on LEFT.
- Enter the center and proceed to the parking lots to the RIGHT.

-- To park by 3A or 3B, do not enter Horse Shoe Lake facility
-- Continue straight on Eyland to the light and turn LEFT onto Righter Road

- Take R10 West to Roxbury, look for the sign for Eyland Avenue.
- Make a LEFT turn into Eyland Avenue (need to make a jug handle).
- Proceed for 1/2 mi to the Horse Shoe Lake Recreation Center on LEFT.
- Enter the center and proceed to the parking lots to the RIGHT.
-- By the baseball field and past the recycling center.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at Walmart, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee
$249 for the 3 day, $299 for the 4 days, and $349 for the 5 days
for 20 hours of instruction! That's just $20 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.

Expected results when you complete camp are:
